It explains what can be expected of EFT, the basic science underlying EFT principles and techniques, tips on how to apply EFT, and many illustrative case histories applying EFT to a variety of issues from a fear of public speaking, to alcoholism, to lower back pain, to a fear of elevators, and more. EFT works really fast with a lot of issues. However sometimes it takes a little more time to resolve. But with persistence, it is amazing to experience how EFT works. This book is an EFT classic that anyone interested in learning about EFT should buy. I recommend this book as it gives you the basics to get started right away on your own for a very small the price.
